Cancellation Policy

1. All sessions within a package must be utilized within 4 weeks from the 1st session. 2. We may arrive 30-45 mins earlier or later from booked time slot. Please let us know bigger time window to accommodate your requirement. 3. You can cancel or amend a single Session, free of charge, up to twelve (12) hours before the Scheduled Booking Time. If you cancel or amend a single Session within twelve (12) to eight (8) hours before the Scheduled Booking Time, you will have to pay a cancellation penalty equivalent to one hour’s worth of the Booked Service Fee. Please call us for re-scheduling. If you cancel or amend a single Session within eight (8) hours before the Scheduled Booking Time to any time thereafter, you will have to pay a cancellation penalty equivalent to the full amount of the Booked Service Fee. 4. Our office hours for booking and other communications are Mon - Sun: 8 am to 6 pm.
